'Pilgrimage to Now/here' is one of the key Contemplative Fire celebrations of ‘life in all its fullness’. The great outside (be it in the city or in the wild) is a wonderful context for awareness, attentiveness, stillness and movement. Each Pilgrimage to Now/here combines some input, insight sharing, community building and engagement with the natural world. We are planning to be in the wonderful landscape of Burbage Brook and Padley Gorge and The Longshaw Estate.

Please feel free also to invite a friend who you think might resonate with Contemplative Fire’s approach to the Way of Christ, the Christian mystics and to the core paradox of contemplation-in-action.

Cost: suggested sliding scale donation, somewhere between £10 and £20 per person (see booking form for details).

Please bring packed lunch and weatherproof boots and lots of warm outside wear.
