A led meditative, awareness walk along the shoreline. An opportunity to re-vision, re-connect and re-flect on familiar landscape, drawing on sacred wisdom, the beauty of creation, stillness, wonder and presence.

Bring packed lunch and suitable clothing for this 3 1/2 mile gentle walk.

Suggested donation £5 including coffee, tea and biscuits.
